50 Things to Do Stuck at Home

Amidst the growing health concerns surrounding COVID-19, many, including myself, are choosing to practice “social distancing”, and/or self quarantine to prevent the spread of the virus. This is honestly a really wild time in our history. Schools, bars, restaurants, churches, and pretty much every public event has been cancelled or postponed. Even if you aren’t intentionally self quarantining, you pretty much are being forced to stay at home with everything closing! I wanted to try to provide some ideas of what to do when you are at home and bored!

  1. Binge watch Netflix/Hulu/Disney+/any other streaming service
  2. Read a book (or two, or three)
  3. Color in a coloring book
  4. Practice calligraphy
  5. Clean your house
  6. Bake a favorite recipe
  7. Cook a new recipe
  8. Organize your photos
  9. Organize your paper files and/or computer files
  10. Update your resume
  11. Clean out your inbox
  12. Learn something new on YouTube
  13. Watch TED Talks
  14. Listen to podcasts
  15. Have a movie marathon
  16. Rearrange your furniture
  17. Review all your paid subscriptions
  18. Call your friends (long-distance, or not)

  20. Leave positive reviews for the purchases or places you love
