Finally getting around to sharing more from our wedding back in May! Full photo gallery of our beach wedding here. I am breaking down all the deets on how I customized, printed, and cut our wedding menus and programs. I also threw in the extras on where I got the other printables featured in our wedding at the end! I kept the whole process really budget friendly – I think I spent less than $45 on ALL of our menus and programs, and with about 100 guests, I’d say that’s a pretty fair deal!

Wedding Menu

First, I scoured Etsy for the perfect templates. It had to match our wedding invitations obviously, and needed to be cohesive with everything else I had going on. So the wedding menu templates are from Pipkin Paper Co here, and the programs are from Fancy & Flair here on Etsy. They are both instant downloads which means you get them basically as soon as you purchase them electronically, and then you can customize them! Each template is a little different when you buy from Etsy, and these were no exception! The menus were saved in a Word document, but fully customizable. And the programs were a PDF, but also easily customizable. I’d say they were both pretty user friendly!

Next, you have to get them printed! I used this wonderful cardstock from Paper and More for almost everything I printed for the wedding, and used my printer at home for everything! It’s nothing fancy, and is an HP 8610 printer. They are fairly affordable and nice quality considering it’s an at home printer! You can also get the template printed at a local print shop like FedEx, but I wanted to save a few bucks and chose to do it at home and then cut them myself. The only part that may challenge you is printing the programs on both sides and getting them lined up properly. I’d suggest using regular paper and doing a test run or two to make sure they turn out correctly before printing on your card stock or other paper.

For cutting the menus & programs, I wanted them as straight and perfect as possible since they would be used in photos and whatnot! When I need a better cut, I take my prints to my local FedEx and use their large cutting table. It’s usually never being used, and really easy to quickly cut a bunch of prints. I should honestly probably just invest in one for my house at this point, but for now, it’s a quick trick to get it done!

Once you’ve cut the prints, you’re good to go to use to your heart’s content! Below are a few more similar templates I used for other wedding prints needed! I used essentially the same process for all the prints below!
